A city as big as Neo-Nefarious City needs a lot of stuff. Why are there so many crates of bouncy balls and Emperor nefarious action figures though?
I was responsible for taking the Nef City Trainyard from a functional blockout done by Ryan Verne to final texture and layout. Other artists (Rod Parong and Christen Borras) did a lot of work after my own contribution but a lot of the color choice and layout changes were mine originally, working in concert with designer Grant Parker.
