Tuebor - Terrain

A piece of lava-scarred terrain I made for the game Tuebor. This was used mainly as an exterior backdrop so resolution was kept low and the height data was baked to a reduced geometry plane for less performance cost.

I used Zbrush to block out the forms needed quickly then applied erosion effects and texturing in World Machine followed by a cleanup and material pass in Photoshop.
